SocialVolt is seeking an energetic Inside Sales professional to build client relationships and drive sales of the SocialVolt platform. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to succeed under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Generate new opportunities through daily prospecting/cold calling
- Make contact with leads generated through web and marketing programs
- Build rapport with prospects and prepare/deliver sales presentations
- Learn and follow an established sales process
- Maintain and update the sales database; keep a record of all daily calls, inquiries and any additional sales documentation
- Conduct concentrated marketing campaigns and customer outreach
- Expand knowledge of the industry and the competitive posture of the company
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in outbound telesales
- Passionate about Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Experience in sales, lead generation and client management
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work well in a close-knit team
- Experience or desire to work at a tech startup
